This is not your¬†typical cardio kickboxing class… We mix strength training, cardio, Muay Thai techniques, bag work, kickboxing, pad work, core exercises and partner drills for a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT!

Kickboxing is an excellent way to get into great shape, and our Muay Thai-based classes will help you take kickboxing to another level. The classes will get you using your whole body as you learn proper techniques for striking with fists, elbows, feet and knees. Our kickboxing classes are great for:

Our instructors have extensive experience teaching and competing in Muay Thai and kickboxing at the professional and amateur level.
