“This place is a dream come true. I just moved to the area and have trained at gyms all over Asia and the U.S., and this is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. From the second I walked in the door I felt welcomed like family. The vibe here is incredible. I feel both challenged to push beyond my comfort zones, and always safe that I will be given all the tools to get there. The coaches are serious, focused, incredible, and classes have mixed levels which at first I thought would intimidate me but actually makes everything better because you learn watching the advanced people and everyone is so focused on improving themselves and supporting each other that you never feel out of place whether it’s your first day or your thousandth. That is not an easy balance to strike! And definitely is a testament to the values and spirit of the founder and leader of the gym. Plus there’s a friendly dog who sometimes shows up to give you side-eye if you’re not jumping rope fast enough. I can’t say enough good things about this gym! It’s incredible.”
